One of our favourite places to visit in the UK is Shorefield Country Park located on the southern edge of the New Forest. Family members can get lost among the views of the coast, forest and beaches.
They can choose to stay in a self-catering caravan, lodge house or even a treehouse. Everyone will enjoy activities like fishing on the lake, nature trail walks and indoor arcades. Indoor, outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs are available and the children will love the playgrounds.

We couldn’t possibly leave this one of our list of UK holiday ideas with a baby. Tredethick Farm Cottages is packed with wonderful and awe-inspiring views of the great UK countryside, with some fantastic scenery of wildlife and nature.
They have a heated indoor pool, hot tub and farm shop, and the kids and toddlers will love feeding the animals they have on-site. The little ones can enjoy playing in the soft play areas, going for pony rides, jumping around in the play park and play barn, as well as family walks along the farm trails.
